"Dark Tea"
Pu Erh Tea is a fermented tea traditionally produced in the Yunnan province of China. The tea is almost completely oxidized and then stored in cold basements or buried in caves for up to several years. During this process, the tea is fermented and because of this, Pu Ehr belongs to the "Dark Tea" category.
Taste
Pu Erh typically has an earthy, spicy and slightly sweet taste.
Brewing
For best results, it is recommended that the infusion time of 2-5 minutes. in 90-100 degrees hot water is observed.
