Dosage Honeybush is a south Afrikan herbal tea is, very much like its better known relative, the Rooibos. Like Rooibos, Honeybush is only found in South Afrika and is endemic to the southern part of the Cape region. Green Honeybush are in contrast to red, not oxidated, thereby both the coulor and taste stay lighter. The tea has a soft aroma and the taste is delicat and sweet with touches of dried grass, honey and a slight citric note. It can be recommended to drink the tea with a little honey or a little lemon to round out the flavor. Honeybush is also very good for making iced tea. Honeybush have a high content of antioxidants and is 100% Caffeine & tannin free.
