More about: Oolong Tea
Oolong teas are a form of intermediate between black and green teas. In the production of Oolong tea, the fermentation process and the oxidation of tea leaves stop before the tea turns into the black tea we know. Oolong tea typically has a very nice, often golden and reddish color as well as a slightly milder taste than when the tea reaches the black phase of black tea. We have many different oolong blends at Osterlandsk 1889 Copenhagen and have for many years provided several different Oolong tea varieties to our customers and tea-consuming individuals.
