Viking herbal tea with herbs, flowers & fruits from the north

For a long time we at Østerlandsk Teahouse, have had a desire to create a tea with a focus on Nordic ingredients. We have actually been so good, that we have been able to produce two whole teas! Our Viking Tea, which is an organic tea based on a blend of green and black tea, and then this tea, our Viking Tea, which is an organic tea, based on a blend of black and green tea, as well as carefully selected Nordic herbs, flowers and fruits.

Viking organic is an herbal tea, which means that it contains no actual tealeaves, as we know them from the tea plant Camilia Sinensis. This tea is a pure herbal tea made from only the very best ingredients such as apple pieces, nettle, raspberry leaves, red currant, rose and raspberry leaves. A composition that results in a soft and full bodied cup, filled with tastes from the Nordic nature.

Taste

Viking organic is a full-bodied and soft tea that has a light and sweet taste of sweet apple pieces and red currant, which combined with the more herbal notes of nettle, fennel and rose hip, provide a truly delicious cup of tea.

This tea brings you out into the countryside with tastes from the great Nordic forests, meadows and coasts.

Brewing

Our viking organic is a pure herbal tea and can therefore brew almost indefinitely, the taste only gets stronger and the different flavor notes appear more clearly the longer it brew. The most optimal brewing time is about 8-10 min. and 100 degrees hot water.
