Goodnight Tea from Eastern Tea is a classic herbal tea made from only the best ingredients such as lemon balm, peppermint, and chamomile that are said to soothe the body. Goodnight Tea does not contain tea from the tea plant and is therefore without caffeine and can easily be enjoyed in the evening before you sleep.

Brewing

Goodnight tea is a pure herbal tea and can therefore draw almost infinitely, the taste only becomes stronger and the different flavor notes appear more clearly the longer it draws. The most optimal infusion time is 6 min. using 100 degrees hot water.
