One of the finest green teas!
This famous green tea, also called Pi Lo Chun, hails from Jiangsu province of China and is considered by Chinese tea experts to be one of the finest green Chinese teas. The tea leaves are rolled into narrow spirals and are somewhat reminiscent of conchia - hence the name Bi Luo Chun, which means 'Green Conchia Spring'. The tea bushes grow among flowering fruit trees, which are planted to protect the tea bushes from the strong sun. Tea is known for its delicate appearance, visible white down and early cultivation.
Taste
The taste is fruity with a floral powerful aroma and it never gets bitter.
Brewing
For best results, an infusion time of 2-3 minutes in 75-80 ° C hot water is recommended.
