Characteristically full-bodied and strong coffee from India with a spicy slightly earthy taste profile with hints of caramel. After harvest, the coffee beans are stored in open areas sheltered from the rain. In this way, the pure arabica beans are exposed to the moisture from the tropical Monsoon winds, which i.a. causes the content of acidity of this coffee to be very low.
